Předkládaný projektový záměr řeší modernizaci informačního systému NIS. Záměr je koncipován tak, aby jeho realizací byly procesy vykonávané KKN podpořeny moderními prvky ICT a to s potenciálem zvýšení kvality poskytovaných veřejných služeb při dodržování principů 3E (hospodárnosti, účelnosti a efektivnosti).
