Cílem projektu je vzdělávání zaměstnanců firmy MIKROTEX, s.r.o. Vzdělávací aktivity přispějí ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku a jeho zaměstnanců. Díky vzdělávání se zvýší uplatnitelnost úspěšných absolventů kurzů na trhu práce v hospodářsky oslabeném regionu.
