Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj vzdělávání v rámci společnosti PRO-DOMA, SE a bude se týkat cílové skupiny "zaměstnanci". Cítíme vysokou potřebu zvýšení adaptability zaměstnanců na stávající potřeby trhu a na nastavené standardy společnosti. V projektu bude uceleným systémem vzdělávání posílena odborná kvalifikace a dovednosti tak, aby společnost mohla i dále nabízet a rozvíjet vysoký standard poskytování služeb v oblasti prodeje stavebního materiálu a docílit trvale udržitelného růstu společnosti. The project is aimed at developing education within PRO-DOMA, SE and will cover the target group “employees”. We feel a high need to increase the adaptability of employees to the current needs of the market and to the company’s established standards. The project will strengthen professional qualifications and skills through the comprehensive training system so that the company can continue to offer and develop a high standard of provision of services in the field of construction material sales and to achieve sustainable growth of the company.
