Aditivace keramických nanovláken do polymerní matrice má za následek významné zlepšení mechanických vlastností polymerních materiálů, zvýšení tepelné odolnosti kompozitu a významné zvýšení oděruvzdornosti povrchu. Výzkum bude zaměřen na vývoj speciálních extrémně odolných kompozitních materiálů využitelných v široké škále průmyslových aplikací, především pak pro speciální hi-tec aplikace, jako například vodící plochy dopravních systémů, či skluznice lyží. a.
