Obsahem projektu je aktivní pomoc pro rodiče vracející se z mateřské či rodičovské dovolené a osoby pečující o osobu závislou. Tyto osoby zjišťují, že dlouhodobým pobytem mimo pracovní trh ztratily svoje pracovní dovednosti a návyky. Jejich šance na trhu práce jsou tak značně limitované. Součástí projektu proto budou aktivity zaměřené na odstraňování překážek bránícím v účasti na trhu práce. Především podporu vhodných forem zaměstnávání a zaměřením na pomoc s péčí o závislou osobu. The project includes active assistance for parents returning from maternity or parental leave and persons caring for an dependent person. These people find that they have lost their work skills and habits by staying outside the labour market for a long time. Their chances in the labour market are so limited. The project will therefore include activities aimed at removing barriers to participation in the labour market. In particular, support for appropriate forms of employment and by focusing on assistance with care for the dependent person. (English)
