Aktivity směřují k vytvoření a aktualizaci strategických dokumentů s ohledem na genderovou rovnost a jejich následné implementování do firemní politiky. Prostřednictvím KA projektu vytvoříme příznivé podmínky pro přeměnu firemní kultury ve vztahu k rovným příležitostem žen a mužů a pro slaďování pracovního, soukromého a rodinného života zaměstnanců.
