Projekt vychází z potřeb CS zjištěných v průběhu analýzy CS a situace na trhu práce v regionu. Máme již zformovanou skupinu zájemců o účast v projektu, disponujeme několika zaměstnavateli se zájmem o spolupráci. Cílem projektu je zajištění komplexních, vzájemně navazujících poradenských, vzdělávacích a asistenčních programů pro CS dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob v regionu Ústeckého kraje za účelem zvýšení jejich kvalifikace a usnadnění vstupu na trh práce, vč. podpory seberealizace jako OSVČ. The project is based on the CS needs identified during the CS analysis and the situation on the labour market in the region. We have already formed a group of interested parties to participate in the project, we have several employers interested in cooperation. The aim of the project is to provide comprehensive, mutually follow-up advisory, educational and assistance programmes for CS long-term unemployed persons in the region of the Ústí Region in order to increase their qualifications and facilitate entry into the labour market, including support for self-realisation as self-employed.
