Cílem předloženého projektu je zavedení managementu mateřské a rodičovské dovolené (dále jen "MD/RD") v prostředí 5 vybraných firem. Projekt směřuje k vytvoření přívětivých podmínek pro slaďování pracov. a rodinného života, ke zvýšení transparentnosti personálních procesů, nastavení stejných pracovních příležitostí v souladu se zásadami managementu MD/RD, aj. to vše prostřednictvím tvorby Metodiky MD/RD, osvěty v této oblasti a proškolení zaměstnanců ve vybraných firmách.
