Předmětem projektu je školení našich zaměstnanců na pozicích administrativní pracovníci a prodavačky v oblastech měkkých a IT dovedností. Školeno bude 20 našich zaměstnanců. Školení budou probíhat v průběhu dvou let realizace projektu a zaměstnanci budou rozděleni do dvou skupin, tak ať je možné zajistit chod našich poboček. Vzdělávání bude probíhat v Moravskoslezském kraji.Proškolením našich zaměstnanců dojde ke zvýšení jejich znalostí a tím zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti naší firmy. (Czech)
