Projekt je zaměřen na podporu sociálního dialogu na odvětvové a podnikové úrovni v oblastech trvale udržitelného rozvoje zemědělství a venkova, na rozvoj struktury a zvyšování účinnosti sociálního dialogu, tvorbu metodické podpory sociálního dialogu a rozvoj analytické a odborné kapacity sociálních partnerů v zemědělství.
