Cílem 2. etapy je rozvoj vytvořeného informačního, komunikačního a vzdělávacího nástroje sociálního dialogu "Integrovaný informační systém - iPodpora", se zapojením zástupců zaměstnavatelů (KZPS ČR). Rozvoj portálu, vytvoření nových služeb a aplikací v rámci jednoho integrovaného systému či rozšíření počtu informačních kiosků zajistí v dlouhodobém horizontu zlepšení informovanosti a spolupráce sociálních partnerů a cílové skupiny.
