Projekt je zaměřen na podporu aktivního zapojení osob se zdravotním omezením na otevřeném trhu práce (§ 67 Zákona o zaměstnanosti). Cílem je podpořit a aktivizovat osoby se zdravotními problémy formou důsledného a diferencovaného individuálního přístupu na vysoké odborné úrovni, s důrazem na individuální potřeby a odlišnosti jednotlivce.
