Cílem projektu je podpora cílové skupiny rodičů s malými dětmi, zejména snaha o zapojení mužů do péče o děti za účelem odstraňování genderových stereotypů a diskriminace na základě pohlaví. Záměr bude naplňován prostřednictvím cíleného vzdělávání mužů formou seminářů, kreativních workshopů a poradenstvím pro aktivní táty zaměřeného na rovné příležitosti, slaďování pracovního a rodinného života, zvyšování rodičovských kompetencí. V rámci Středočeského kraje bude zapojeno minimálně 1200 otců. (Czech)
