Projekt je zaměřen na nezaměstnané Olomoucké aglomerace, kteří jsou starší 50 let. Tito lidé často bilancují svůj dosavadní život a hledají nové profesní uplatnění, neboť původní profesi z různých důvodů už nemohou vykonávat. Někdy odejdou z původního zaměstnání a kvůli svému věku nemohou vhodnou práci najít. Zaměstnavatelé nemají o tuto skupinu zájem, neboť v tomto věku se snižuje výkonnost člověka po všech stránkách.
