Projekt umožní vznik inovativních vzdělávacích programů pro mladé lidi a vzdělávacích programů pro pedagogy. Zaštiťujícím tématem je nakládání s konflikty (úroveň intrapersonální, interpersonální i mezinárodní či kulturní). Východiskem projektu je konflikt jako přirozená součást života a příležitost k učení. Staví na nenásilném řešení konfliktů a tzv. restorativním přístupu, který vnímá jako rámec pro budování vztahů založených na demokratických hodnotách nejen ve školních komunitách. (Czech)
