Cílem projektu je vytvoření společenství praxe a podpora práce učitelů v oblasti zlepšování sociálních, personálních a občanských kompetencí. Ty se nejlépe rozvíjejí s využitím zkušenostního učení a interaktivních aktivit a her, kde přirozeně dochází ke kontinuálnímu rozhodování a řešení problémových situací.
