Projekt je zaměřen na interní mentoring jako formu kolegiální podpory. Pedagogové SŠ v MSK budou moci načerpat znalosti na teoreticko-praktickém kurzu, který bude podpořen na e-platformě jako Elektronický marketing. Cílová skupina bude moci zjistit, co dělá špatně, co může dělat lépe, a to spolu s individuálním koučem. Své poznatky z kurzu a koučinku budou moci učitelé diskutovat u kulatých stolů. Kolegiální podpora učitelů proběhne během pozorování práce kolegů. Do projektu zapojíme min. 80 úč. (Czech)

The teachers of the secondary school in MSK will be able to draw up knowledge on a theoretical and practical course, which will be supported on e-platform as Electronic Marketing. The target group will be able to find out what they are doing wrong, what they can do better, along with an individual coach. Teachers will be able to discuss their knowledge from the course and coaching at round tables. Collegiate support for teachers will take place during the observation of colleagues’ work. We'll include at least 80 apprentices in the project. (English)
