Projekt se zaměřuje na přestavbu parního SZTE na horkovodní vystrojením primárního kolektoru Tkalcovská v úseku TG7-TG3, který vede (orientačně) pod ulicí Tkalcovská po pravém břehu řeky. Předkládaný projekt přispěje k celkovému urychlení procesu přestavby sítě z parovodní na horkovodní. Cílem projektu je výměna zastaralého parovodního potrubí, na kterém dochází ke značným tepelným ztrátám. Výstupem bude snížení ztrát ve vedení, zvýšení efektivity provozu a snížení spotřeby primárního paliva. a. (Czech)
