Projekt je 1. etapou celkového záměru modernizace koncových úseků distribuce tepla společnosti MTH Kolín s.r.o. ve městě Kolín. Předmětem této etapy bude náhrada části stávajících parních rozvodů za rozvod teplovodní a náhrada některých objektových předávacích stanic po přechodu na dvoutrubkový systém distribuce v oblasti značené jako Větev C.
