Projekt se zabývá adaptací nebytových prostor pro potřeby sociálního bydlení v obci Dobrochov. Hlavním cílem je vytvořit dostupné nájemní sociální bydlení, které umožní osobám v bytové nouzi vstup do nájemního vztahu. Konkrétně půjde o přestavbu zemědělské usedlosti na 3 nové bytové jednotky formátu 1+kk. Žadatelem o podporu je přímo obec Dobrochov. Řešený projekt odpovídá všem parametrům sociálního bydlení vč. nabídky sociální práce s cílovými skupinami. a. (Czech)
