Realizací projektu dojde ke vzniku 1 nového sociálního bytu pro obyvatele sociálně vyloučených lokalit města Velké Hamry (území se schválenou strategií KPSVL). Dojde ke stavebním úpravám bytů, rekonstrukci společných prostor a pořízení základního vybavení bytů. Tyto byty zajistí obyvatelům sociálně vyloučených lokalit, kteří jsou v bytové nouzi, dostupné nájemní sociální bydlení s definovaným systémem nakládání s byty dle parametrů sociálního bydlení v IROP, resp. města Velké Hamry. a.
