Předmětem projektu je vytvořit dostupné sociální bydlení v obci Nechvalice, které umožní osobám v bytové nouzi zejména z řad sociálně vyloučených osob a osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením v oblasti bydlení vstup do nájemního vztahu. Nástrojem dosažení uvedeného cíle je adaptace nebytových i bytových prostor pro potřeby sociálního bydlení. Konkrétně se bude jednat o přestavbu zejména nebytových prostor bývalé budovy fary na 5 sociálních bytů. a. (Czech)
