Předmětem projektu je zajištění dostupnosti a zvýšení kvality sociálního bydlení ve městě Hlinsku. Realizací projektu dojde k rekonstrukci stávajícího nevyužitého objektu, který bude přestaven na osm bytových jednotek o velikostech 1 + kk a 2 + kk.
