Žadatel zakoupil nemovitost v dražbě od původních majitelů v zanedbaném stavu. Objekt je využíván pro administrativu se sociálním zázemím. Zlepšením tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy, střechy a výplně otvorů; rekonstrukcí systému vytápění a osvětlení dojde ke zprovoznění budovy v požadovaném energetickém standardu. a. (Czech)
