Projekt se zabývá snížením energetické náročnosti Pejšova mlýna. Jedná se o výměnu stávajícího zdroje tepla, částečné zateplení a výměnu výplní otvorů, nahrazení stávajícího osvětlení a výměnu motorů technologie.
