Podstatou projektu jsou energeticky úsporná opatření v DO ANDY v České Lípě. Jedná se o instalaci nové osvětlovací soustavy jako náhrady za stávající zastaralou, modernizaci výtahů za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti stávajících pohonů, výměnu motorů vzduchotechnických jednotek, čímž klesne jejich energetická náročnost, a instalaci fotovoltaické elektrárny na střeše objektu pro výrobu elektrické energie pro potřeby obchodního domu. a.
