Předmětem projektu je realizace energetických úspor v procesu odtěžování a třídění hlušiny z prostor výsypkové haldy z bývalého černouhelného dolu Kukla, který má žadatel pronajat od státního podniku DIAMO. Úspor bude dosaženo prostřednictvím výměny kolového rypadla, kolového nakladače, smykového nakladače a elektrického třídiče s dieselagregátem za energeticky efektivnější technologie.
