Výroba však probíhá v extrémně nedostačujících podmínkách, část výroby a skladování probíhá dokonce venku, což je obrovský problém, neboť dochází k vlhnutí materiálu, práce je možná pouze za příznivého počasí atd. Proto je již nejméně od roku 2016, v souvislosti s pořízením nových výrobních technoloigií v projektu Technologie pro firmu ZENERGO a.s., plánován předkládaný projekt, který je zaměřen na rekonstrukci a rozšíření dvou zchátralých a nevyužívaných objektů v areálu firmy. a.
