Předmětem projektu je pořízení a rekonstrukce brownfieldového objektu, který se nachází v k.ú Bohatice. Objekt je dlouhodobě nevyužíván a žadatel ho pořizuje s cílem vybudování vlastní podnikatelské provozovny zaměřené na činnost v oblasti informačních technologií.Přínosy projektu:-revitalizace podnikatelského objektu-ekonomický rozvoj podniku-vytvoření nových pracovních míst v lokalitě s nadprůměrnou mírou nezaměstnanosti.Záměr projektu je v naprostém souladu s programem Nemovitosti. a.
