Cílem projektu je vytvořit metodiku pro efektivní řízení procesů koordinace a komunikace náboru nových zaměstnanců a udržení stávajících a následné zvýšení efektivity v oblasti poskytování služeb i obchodní činnosti propojením spolupráce mezi všemi zainteresovanými subjekty. Cíle bude dosaženo propojením stakeholderů podniku, kterými jsou odběratelé služeb z komerční sféry, zaměstnanci, domácnosti s rehabilitovanými členy a v neposlední řadě subjekty veřejné správy. a.
