Předmětem projektu je výstavba poloprovozních prostor VTP, které rozšíří stávající inovační infrastrukturu Technologického parku Jihlava (TPJ). Budou využívány k pronájmu zasídleným společnostem jako prototypové dílny a zkušebna automatizačních zařízení. Součástí projektu je i vybavení zkušebny novým zařízením pro vývoj a testování mechatronických a automatizačních zařízení. Místem realizace je nem.
