Projekt je zaměřen na optimalizaci jednotky na výrobu tepla a elektřiny z odpadních spalitelných materiálů. K výrobě elektřiny využívá tato jednotka plynovou turbínu poháněnou horkým stlačeným vzduchem, který se ohřívá ve výměníku tepla spalinami produkovanými při spalování dřevního odpadu.
