Projekt je zaměřen na výzkum a implementaci pokročilého simulačního modelu chování výrobních procesů ve výrobních podnicích. Výstupy projektu budou sloužit pro interaktivní optimalizaci výrobních struktur a výrobních plánů, ale projeví se i v oblasti vlastní produkce výrobků.Inovativnost spočívá v rychlém a názorném promítnutí náhlé změny (zakázkové, kapacitní, zdrojové) pomocí simulace do cílových stavů, tj. řady konkrétních možností reakce na změnu a nabídne vybrat nejlepší řešení. a.
