The object of the project is new platic complexes (Pt(IV)complexes) with increased reactivity in the intracellular environment marked by the fact that they contain weakly bound and potentially reactive equatorial anion-ligands bases of strong conjugated acids. The result of the solution will be a completely new group of Pt(IV)complexes for anticancer therapy with increased toxicity and selectivity to tumor cells, with low toxicity to healthy cells and with good bioavailability from GIT, allowing oral administration. a.
