The project consists of creating convenient conditions for reconciling professional and family roles through the development of institutional care for children under the age of 3 (Dz3) in the municipality of Węgorzyno. Insufficient accessibility to the Dz3 care system is currently a problem in terms of adequate protection of the needs associated with taking up work and a faster return to work, which has not been possible so far, as such services were not available in the municipality of Węgorzyno. Ensuring care for 23 OJ 3 by financing by 12 months of ongoing, caring, educational and educational activities, newly created care facilities will significantly improve the capacity of at least 23 parents/legal guardians of these children to take up employment or to return to the labour market more quickly. The substantive scope, including in particular the number of children supported, has been preceded by a demographic analysis and needs reported by non-workers and who have stopped work due to the care of the OJ3. Project activities also include the adaptation of the premises to the needs of the facility, the purchase of necessary equipment and equipment to carry out the activity, as well as additional activities and the necessary substantive costs related to the implementation of the project, including, among others, care, food, employment of specialists for the implementation of additional activities and land development (a playground). The actions to be taken shall be consistent with: the dn bill. 4.02.2011r. on the care of children under the age of 3 (Journal of Laws 2013 item 1457 with amendments and implementing acts), Rozp. MPiPS of 10.07.2014 on the premises and sanitary requirements to be met by the premises in which nurseries or children are to be operated (Journal of Laws 2014 item 925), Rozp. Projekt polega na tworzeniu dogodnych warunków godzenia ról zawodowych i rodzinnych poprzez rozwój opieki instytucjonalnej nad dziećmi do lat 3 (Dz3) w Gminie Węgorzyno. Niewystarczająca dostępność do systemu opieki nad Dz3, stanowi aktualnie problem w zakresie właściwego zabezpieczenia potrzeb związanych z podjęciem aktywności zawodowej oraz szybszego powrotu do pracy, co do tej pory nie było możliwe, gdyż tego typu usługi nie były dostępne na terenie Gminy Węgorzyno. Zagwarantowanie opieki nad 23 Dz3 poprzez finansowanie przez 12 m-cy działalności bieżącej, opiekuńczej, wychowawczej i edukacyjnej, nowo utworzonych miejsc opieki, w istotny sposób wpłynie na poprawę zdolności co najmniej 23 rodziców/opiekunów prawnych tych dzieci do podjęcia zatrudnienia lub szybszego powrotu na rynek pracy. Zakres merytoryczny, w tym w szczególności liczba dzieci objęta wsparciem, został poprzedzony analizą demograficzną oraz potrzebami zgłaszanymi przez osoby niepracujące i które przerwały pracę z powodu sprawowania opieki nad Dz3. Działania projektowe obejmują również przystosowanie pomieszczeń na potrzeby placówki, zakup niezbędnego sprzętu i wyposażenia do prowadzenia działalności, jak również w ramach zajęć dodatkowych oraz niezbędne koszty merytoryczne związane z realizacją projektu — w tym m.in. dotyczące opieki, wyżywienia, zatrudnienie specjalistów ds. realizacji zajęć dodatkowych oraz zagospodarowania terenu (plac zabaw). Podejmowane działania będą zgodne z: ustawą z dn. 4.02.2011r. o opiece nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 (Dz.U.2013 poz.1457 ze zm. i aktami wykonawczymi do niej), Rozp. MPiPS z dnia 10.07.2014 r. w sprawie wymagań lokalowych i sanitarnych jakie musi spełniać lokal, w którym ma być prowadzony żłobek lub dziecięcy (Dz.U.2014 poz.925), Rozp. MPiPS z dnia 25.03.2011 r. w sprawie zakresów programów szkoleń dla opiekuna w żłobku lub klubie dziecięcym,wolontariusza oraz dziennego opiekuna (Dz. U. nr 69, poz. 368). (Polish)
