Głównym celem projektu jest umożliwienie powrotu na rynek pracy 18 osobom bezrobotnym lub biernym zawodowo z terenu miejsko-wiejskiej Gminy Pyrzyce(powiat pyrzycki-kryterium premiujące nr 1),pozostającym poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3,w tym osoby,które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopach macierzyńskich, rodzicielskich lub wychowawczych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974r.Kodeks Pracy-poprzez objęcie ich dzieci opieką żłobkową w okresie 01.2017- 01.2018 r. W ramach projektu zostanie otwarty nowy żłobek dla 18 dzieci,dostosowany także do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami.W ramach projektu osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo będą stanowiły 100% grupy docelowej.Główne rezultaty: 1) min.80% grupy docelowej podejmie pracę w ciągu 3 miesięcy od przystąpienia do projektu lub powróci na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka. Założenie,iż min. 80% uczestników będzie pracować wynika z racjonalności oceny sytuacji tej grupy z jednej strony w kontekście kryterium dopuszczalności, nakładającego na wszystkich uczestników (100%) obowiązek podjęcia zatrudnienia w okresie 3 m-cy od momentu podpisania umowy o świadczenie opieki nad dzieckiem, a z drugiej strony racjonalności określonej w Regulaminie konkursu wartości wskaźnika rezultatu liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu, oszacowanego na 20% grupy docelowej. 2) powstanie min.18 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to enable 18 unemployed or passive persons to return to the labour market from the urban-rural district of Pyrzyce (Pyrzyce district-premises criterion no 1), who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years, including those who have interrupted their professional career because of childbirth or stay on maternity, parental or educational leave within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974. 1) min.80 % of the target group will take up work within 3 months of joining the project or return to the labour market after childbirth/education. The assumption that at least 80 % of participants will work is based on the rational assessment of the situation of this group on the one hand, in the context of the admissibility criterion, which imposes on all participants (100 %) an obligation to take up employment within the period of 3 months from the date of signing the childcare agreement and, on the other hand, the rationality of the value of the result index specified in the Competition Rules, the number of unemployed persons who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the programme, estimated at 20 % of the target group. 2) the creation of min.18 new childcare facilities under the age of 3 (English)
