The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over the age of 30 and more in the most vulnerable labour market in the Białygard district. The main result of the project will be the taking up of employment or the start of economic activity by 110 unemployed persons registered in the District Labour Office. The project will support people aged over 30 and over who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled), for whom, in accordance with the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions, the first aid profile or a second aid profile has been identified. Within the framework of the project, labour market instruments and services will be used for each participant to individualise support and help to define the career path, and subsequently, depending on the participant’s needs, financial support in the form of: employment in the framework of reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace, internship, allocation of funds for taking up an economic activity. The presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the unemployed person. (English) | |||||||||||||||

POWIAT BIAŁOGARDZKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W BIAŁOGARDZIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku powyżej 30 lat i więcej znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie białogardzkim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej przez 110 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte będą osoby w wieku powyżej 30 lat i więcej znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (tj. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz nisko wykwalifikowane),dla których, zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, określono pierwszy profil pomocy lub drugi profil pomocy. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników zostaną zastosowane instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy służące indywidualizacji wsparcia oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej, a następnie w zależności od potrzeb uczestnika wsparcie finansowe w postaci: zatrudnienia w ramach refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy,stażu, przyznania środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych osoby bezrobotnej. (Polish)
