The implementation of the project consists of R & D work carried out by the applicant, leading to the implementation of the T1/W1 Temporary Protection Barrier, which is an innovative regional, national and international system of Road Safety Technology.The solutions currently available on the market offer maximum levels of containment of T1/W2 (WN <= 0.8 m). Use of a temporary protective barrier with parameters T1/W1 (WN<=? 0.6 m) would reduce the displacement of the barrier to the opposite lane by 0.2 m in the event of a collision. On a high-speed road, at such high speeds and such high and increasing traffic volumes, an additional 20 cm may determine a tragic accident or absence. This is confirmed by the market analysis presented in the Research Agenda and opinions on product innovation attached in Annex 6.6. The implementation of the project requires carrying out the tasks described in detail in G.1.1 of the proposal and SW: 1. Development of the T1/W1 Temporary Protection Barrier; 2. Testing the prototype of the Provisional Protective Barrier T1/W1 real conditions together with the development of an mounting device for the barrier; 3. Examination of the T1/W1 Temporary Protection Barrier by a specialised external entity for meeting the parameters ASI and THIV;4. preparation for obtaining a patent for the T1/W1 Temporary Protection Barrier. In addition, the project plans to incur indirect costs in a flat-rate formula. The applicant has the necessary research and technical capacity to carry out the project in the part of the applicant (Task No 2).     Realizacja projektu polega na przeprowadzeniu prac badawczo-rozwojowych przez wnioskodawcę, prowadzących do wdrożenia w działalności gospodarczej Tymczasowej Bariery Ochronnej T1/W1, która jest innowacyjnym w skali regionalnej, krajowej i międzynarodowej systemem Techniki Bezpieczeństwa Ruchu Drogowego.Dostępne obecnie na rynku rozwiązania oferują maksymalny poziom powstrzymywania T1/W2 (WN <= 0,8 m). Zastosowanie tymczasowej bariery ochronnej o parametrach T1/W1 (WN<=? 0,6 m) pozwoliłoby, w przypadku kolizji zmniejszyć przesunięcie bariery na przeciwległy pas ruchu o 0,2 m. Na drodze szybkiego ruchu, przy tak wysokich prędkościach oraz tak dużym i wciąż rosnącym natężeniu ruchu dodatkowe 20 cm może zadecydować o tragicznym w skutkach wypadku lub jego braku. Potwierdzeniem w/w tezy jest analiza rynku przedstawiono w Agendzie Badawczej oraz opinie dotyczące innowacyjności produktu, dołączone w ramach załącznika 6.6. Badanie Tymczasowej Bariery Ochronnej T1/W1 przez wyspecjalizowany podmiot zewnętrzny pod kątem spełniania parametrów ASI oraz THIV;4. przygotowanie do uzyskania patentu dla Tymczasowej Bariery Ochronnej T1/W1. Ponadto w ramach projektu planowane jest ponoszenie kosztów pośrednich w formule zryczałtowanej. Wnioskodawca posiada niezbędny potencjał badawczy oraz techniczny do realizacji projektu w części przypadającej na wnioskodawcę (zadanie nr 2).
