Projekt realizowany na terenie gminy Drawno w trzech lokalizacjach: Drawno obszar 2, Niemieńsku i Świeciechowie. W ramach projektu powstanie świetlica wiejska w Niemieńsku służącej również jako klub seniora, odnowienie Alei Kasztanowej oraz zagospodarowanie nadbrzeża nad jeziorem Grażyna i nadanie mu nowych funkcji. W efekcie powstaną 3 zrewitalizowane obszary o łącznym obszarze 0,57 ha. Działaniami rewitalizacyjnymi zostanie objętych 922 mieszkańców z obszarów rewitalizacji. W rezultacie powstanie 1 miejsce pracy w wymiarze 1 etatu. Etapami rzeczowymi i realizacyjnymi proj.będą:1)dokumentacja projektowa-studium wykonalności,2) dokumentacja techniczna w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj, 3) działania inwestycyjne obejmujące budowę świetlicy wiejskiej wraz z wyposażeniem, odnowienie Alei Kasztanowej na miejsce rekreacji, integracji i wypoczynku, zagospodarowanie terenu nad jeziorem Grażyna i nadanie mu nowych funkcji integracyjnych, rekreacyjnych i wypoczynkowych, 4)Wydatki na usługi dotyczące czynności w procesie budowlanym i zarządzanie, w tym:nadzór inwestorski oraz rozliczenie proj. Etap 4)to promocja projektu-wykonanie tablic informacyjnych. Projekt będzie stacjonarny, bowiem określono jego lokalizację. Inwestycja realizowana jest na obszarze Chronionego Krajobrazu (Choszczno-Drawno), Obszar Specjalnej Ochrony PLB320016 Lasy Puszczy nad Drawą oraz otulina Drawieńskiego Parku Narodowego oraz ostoi siedliskowej „Jezioro Lubie i Dolina Drawy”. Zadania projektowe stanowią kompleksową realizację działań wytypowanych w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Drawno w celu rewitalizacji obszarów zdegradowanych jako zintegrowane przedsięwzięcia dotyczące wszystkich aspektów rewitalizacji danego obszaru. Projekt przyczynia się do zaspokojenia potrzeb grup docelowych. Realizacja zdań odbędzie się w gminie w której rozpoznano 6 deficytów w ramach Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia (tabela 3). (Polish)

Project implemented in Drawno commune in three locations: Drawno area 2, Niemensk and Świeciechów. As part of the project, a rural common room will be built in Niemensk, which also serves as a senior club, the restoration of Chestnut Avenue and the development of the waterfront at Grażyna Lake and giving it new functions. As a result, 3 revitalised areas with a total area of 0.57 ha will be created. The revitalisation activities will cover 922 inhabitants from the revitalisation areas. As a result, 1 jobs will be created in 1 jobs. The project stages will be:1)Project documentation-feasibility study,2) technical documentation in the formula design and build, 3) investment activities including the construction of a rural common room with equipment, restoration of Chestnut Avenue for recreational, integration and recreational activities, development of the Grażyna lake area and giving it new integration, recreational and recreational and recreational and recreational and recreational functions, as well as for recreational and leisure activities, 4) Stage 4) is the promotion of the project-execution of information boards. The project will be stationary, as its location has been determined. The investment is carried out in the area of Protected Landscape (Choszczno-Drawno), Special Protection Area PLB320016 Forests on the Drava Forest, as well as the shelter of Drawski National Park and the habitat of the Lubie Lake and Drava Valley. Project tasks constitute a comprehensive implementation of actions selected in the Local Revitalisation Programme of the Municipality of Drawno in order to revitalise degraded areas as integrated projects covering all aspects of the revitalisation of a given area. The project contributes to meeting the needs of the target groups. Implementation of sentences will take place in the commune where 6 deficits were identified within the Special Inclusion Zone (Table 3). (English)
