The subject of the project is the implementation of a partner project in the Sub-area of Kwasowo in the Swasno commune. The project plans to implement the following expenditures, which are also material stages:1.Termomodernisation and renovation of the Palace in Kwasow 1;2. Reconstructing the historic public space in the lookout axis of the historic palace, reconstructing the green areas together with the infrastructure;3. Improving public utility, safety and aesthetics of the Acousov Centre;4. Comprehensive thermal modernisation together with the renovation of parts of the common residential block of the 5-family Quasowo 53.Detailed material scope is presented in SW chapters 3.1.3.1 and 3.1.2.1 and 4.1.3.2. The investment will be implemented after an unlimited tender, within which a company will be selected to carry out design and construction and assembly works.After the project is completed, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the project and will no longer require additional activities. This is the most important project in a given sub-area, as it connects through partnership several entities that, for the common good, have decided to jointly implement the project. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie partnerskiego,kompleksowego projektu na podobszarze Kwasowo w Gminie Sławno.W ramach inwestycji planuje się realizację następujących wydatków,będących także etapami rzeczowymi:1.Termomodernizacja i remont Pałacu w Kwasowie 1;2. Odtworzenie zabytkowej przestrzeni publicznej w osi widokowej zabytkowego pałacu, odtworzenie terenów zieleni wraz z infrastrukturą;3. Poprawa walorów użyteczności publicznej, bezpieczeństwa i estetyki centrum Kwasowa;4. Kompleksowa termomodernizacja wraz z remontem części wspólnych bloku mieszkalnego 5- rodzinnego Kwasowo 53.Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowy przedstawiono w SW rozdział 3.1.3.1 oraz 3.1.2.1 i 4.1.3.2. Inwestycja zostanie wdrożona w życie po przeprowadzeniu przetargu nieograniczonego,w ramach którego zostanie wyłoniona firma,która przeprowadzi prace projektowe oraz budowlano-montażowe.Po zakończeniu proj.możliwe będzie wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności projektu i nie będzie to już wymagało dodatkowych działań. Jest to najważniejszy projekt na danym podobszarze bowiem łączy poprzez partnerstwo kilka podmiotów,które dla dobra wspólnego zdecydowały o wspólnej realizacji projektu. (Polish)
