The project envisages the construction of a long-term care centre. The Long-term Care Centre will be a new facility entering the structure of the Specialised Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases in Koszalin. The architecture of the new building with the perspective of its superstructure has been adopted as one simple piece combining all functions. The building will consist of a single floor of partially cellared, one ground floor and a connector located on the second floor. In addition, as part of the project, the facility will be equipped with the necessary furniture, beds, rehabilitation equipment and medical equipment in accordance with the medical requirements and standards currently in force. The Long-term Care Centre will also be equipped with the necessary organizational-logistic and information solutions enabling efficient, cost-effective and organizational patient service. Immediately after the completion of the project, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the infrastructure and no additional actions are required for its full use. Currently employed nursing staff has 100 % of the required qualification courses (in accordance with the applicable regulations required 25 %). In view of the above, it can be concluded that at the time of its establishment, the Long-term Care Centre will have a professional staff complying with the existing legal acts. This will also apply to the number of staff employed. The entity shall have the necessary knowledge for the implementation of the project, shall have adequate organisational capacity to implement the project in order to achieve the intended objective within a specified timeframe and to ensure that the sustainability of the project, in particular its results, is maintained. The applicant undertakes to have the technical infrastructure necessary for the installation and use of the medical devices covered by the project. (English)

    Projekt przewiduje budowę Centrum Opieki Długoterminowej. Centrum Opieki Długoterminowej, będzie nowym obiektem wchodzącym w struktury Specjalistycznego Zespołu Gruźlicy i Chorób Płuc w Koszalinie. Architektura nowego budynku z perspektywą jej nadbudowy została przyjęta jako jedna prosta bryła łącząca w sobie wszystkie funkcje. Budynek składać się będzie z jednej kondygnacji częściowo podpiwniczonej, jednej kondygnacji naziemnej oraz łącznika znajdującego się na II piętrze. Ponadto w ramach projektu obiekt zostanie doposażony w niezbędne meble, łóżka, sprzęt rehabilitacyjny oraz aparaturę medyczną zgodną z wymogami i standardami medycznymi aktualnie obowiązującymi. Centrum Opieki Długoterminowej zostanie wyposażone także w niezbędne rozwiązania organizacyjno-logistyczno-informatyczne umożliwiające sprawną, efektywną ekonomicznie i organizacyjnie obsługę pacjentów. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe będzie wykorzystywanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury i nie są wymagane dodatkowe działania w celu jej pełnego wykorzystywania. Obecnie zatrudniony personel pielęgniarski w 100% posiada wymagane przepisami kursy kwalifikacyjne (zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami wymagane jest 25%). W związku z powyższym można stwierdzić, że z chwilą powstania, Centrum Opieki Długoterminowej będzie dysponować kadrą zawodową spełniającą obowiązujące akty prawne. Dotyczyć to będzie także ilości zatrudnionego personelu. Jednostka dysponuje wiedzą niezbędną do realizacji projektu, posiada odpowiednią zdolność organizacyjną do wdrożenia projektu, tak aby osiągnąć zakładane cel w określonym terminie i zagwarantować utrzymanie trwałości projektu, w szczególności jego rezultatów. Wnioskodawca zobowiązuje się do dysponowania infrastrukturą techniczną niezbędną do instalacji i użytkowania wyrobów medycznych objętych projektem. (Polish)
