The main objective of the project is to increase the ability to use ICT, confirmed by a certificate of acquisition of competences under item A (DIGCOMP), by at least 231 people over 25 (including 116 persons 50+ and 36ON) with low qualifications resident in rural and/or urban-rural communes from the area of the Special Inclusion Zone (West Pomeranian Voivodeship) in the period up to 31.07.'17 The project will achieve the following key result: at least 231 low-skilled people aged 25 and over will acquire ICT competence according to the standard requirements for digital competences confirmed by an external certificate. The target group of the project consists only of people aged 25 years and over (173K and 115M), residing in the Special Connection Zone of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, including at least 116 people aged 50+ and 36 people with disabilities. The project will carry out the following activities: 1)recruitment and training of 288 ICT project participants leading to the acquisition of key competences that respond to labour market demand in the following areas: Information,Communication,Creating content,Security,Solving problems at level A according to Standard requirements for IT competences, 2) carrying out the process of validation of ICT competence acquisition in order to verify acquired competences – project participants will take an external examination, leading to a certificate confirming acquisition of competences in the areas covered by training support, 3)Additional support for persons with disabilities in order to facilitate participation in the project. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost umiejętności wykorzystania TIK potwierdzony certyfikatem nabycia kompetencji na poz.A (DIGCOMP),przez min.231 os.powyżej 25r.ż.(w tym 116os.50+ i 36ON)posiadających niskie kwalifikacje zamieszkałych na terenach gmin wiejskich i/lub miejsko-wiejskich z obszaru Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia (woj.zachodniopomorskie)w okresie do 31.07.’17 Realizacja projektu pozwoli osiągnąć następujący kluczowy rezultat: co najmniej 231 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w wieku 25 lat i więcej nabędzie kompetencje TIK zgodnie ze standardem wymagań dla kompetencji cyfrowych potwierdzone certyfikatem zewnętrznym. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią wyłącznie osoby w wieku 25 lat i więcej (173K i 115M),zamieszkujące na terenie Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia woj.zachodniopomorskiego,w tym co najmniej 116os. w wieku 50+ oraz 36 os.z niepełnosprawnościami. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną następujące działania: 1)rekrutacja i przeszkolenie 288 uczestników projektu z zakresu TIK, prowadzące do nabycia kluczowych kompetencji, będących odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie rynku pracy,w obszarach: Informacja,Komunikacja,Tworzenie treści,Bezpieczeństwo,Rozwiązywanie problemów na poziomie A zgodnie ze Standardem wymagań dla kompetencji informatycznych, 2) przeprowadzenie procesu walidacji nabycia kompetencji TIK w celu weryfikacji nabytych kompetencji- uczestnicy projektu przystąpią do egzaminu zewnętrznego,prowadzącego do uzyskania certyfikatu potwierdzającego nabycie kompetencji w obszarach objętych wsparciem szkoleniowym, 3)wsparcie dodatkowe dla osób niepełnosprawnych w celu ułatwienia udziału w projekcie.
