The main objective of the project is to increase ICT competence according to standard requirements for digital competences carried out under projects in PI 10(iii) by 100 persons (60K/40M) working in the area of finance/accounting at the age of 50 and more living in the area of SSW voivodship. ZP (including persons with disabilities will account for at least 10 % of participants) by 31.07.17. The project will start on 01.09.2016. These competences facilitate the adaptation of the rapidly changing labour market, which in the context of older people is a key issue contributing to the exit from the so-called ‘unemployment technology’. The project aims to achieve results, among others: 1. L. persons aged 50 years and over who have qualified or acquired competence after leaving the program – at least 75 people (45K/30M) 2. L. persons who have obtained a certificate of digital competence in accordance with the standards specified in the Annex. 2 to the Guidelines for implementing projects with the participation of ESF funds in the area of deduction for the years 2014-2020 – min. 75 persons The first of the tasks in the project will consist of carrying out 10 editions of training dedicated to finance and accounting staff, who, in accordance with the standard developed under the DIGCOMP project, will be supported within five identified areas: Information, Communication, Content Creation, Security and Troubleshooting. The second task is an account of actions aimed at achieving the planned results. It will consist of formal evaluation and certification of competences achieved by project participants, which will be carried out by conducting external examinations carried out in accordance with ECDL standards (modules: B1, B2, B3, B4, S3, S9). The exam will check the knowledge of all five areas included in the training program, while the requirement for participants to obtain an external certificate. confirms the acquisition of specific digital competences (ECDL Profile) will concern at least one of them.     Cel główny projektu to podniesienie kompetencji TIK wg stand. wymagań dla kompetencji cyfrowych realizowanych wramach projektów w PI 10(iii) przez 100 osób (60K/40M) pracujących w obszarze finansów/księgowości w wieku 50 lat i więcej zamieszkujących obszar SSW woj. ZP (w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami stanowić będą min. 10% uczestników) do 31.07.17 r. Realizacja projektu rozpocznie się 01.09.2016 r. Wspomniane kompetencje ułatwiają dostosowanie do wymogów szybko zmieniającego się rynku pracy, co w kontekście osób starszych stanowi kluczową kwestię przyczyniającą się do wyjścia z gr. zagrożonej tzw. bezrobociem technolog. Projekt zakłada osiągniecie m.in rezultatów: 1. L. osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, które uzyskały kwalif. lub nabyły kompet. po opuszczeniu programu - min. 75 osób (45K/30M) 2. L. osób, które uzyskały certyfikat potwierdzający kompet. cyfrowe zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w zał. 2 do Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze dedukcji na lata 2014-2020 - min. 75 osób Pierwsze z zadań w projekcie, będzie polegać na przeprowadzeniu 10 edycji szkoleń dedykowanych pracownikom finansów i księgowości, którzy zgodnie ze stand. wypracowanym w ramach projektu DIGCOMP zostaną objęci wsparciem w ramach pięciu zident. obszarów: Informacja, Komunikacja, Tworzenie treści, Bezpieczeństwo oraz Rozwiązywanie problemów. Zadanie drugie to kont. działań ukierunk. na osiągnięcie zaplanowanych rezultatów. Polegać będzie na formalnej ocenie i certyfikacji kompet. osiągniętych przez uczestników projektów, które to odbywać się będą poprzez przeprowadzenie zewn. egzaminów przeprowadzonych zgodnie ze standradami ECDL (moduły: B1, B2, B3, B4, S3, S9).
