The subject of the project is the inventory and natural valorisation of the municipality of Łobez, thus providing the municipal authorities with information on the current environmental resources of the area and increasing the resources of information on the state of the natural environment. The scope of the natural inventory will cover all elements of the environment, including: endangered habitats under legal protection, endangered species, natural landscapes, cultural and historical landscapes, and protected historic sites. In accordance with the principles of fair competition, the municipality will choose the Contractor, who will carry out full inventory and natural valorisation of the municipality of Łobez. The start date of the project is planned to be 1 June 2018. The inventory should be carried out on an annual basis covering all seasons, and after it has been carried out, the Contractor must have time to prepare the relevant documentation, which is why the project is planned to be completed on 31 December 2019. Inventory and valorisation will cover the whole area of the municipality, therefore it is impossible to indicate the specific location of the project. The project is of a temporary nature. Przedmiotem projektu jest sporządzenie inwentaryzacji i waloryzacji przyrodniczej Gminy Łobez, tym samym dostarczenie władzom gminy informacji na temat aktualnych zasobów środowiska naturalnego obszaru i zwiększenie zasobów informacji o stanie środowiska przyrodniczego. Zakres inwentaryzacji przyrodniczej obejmował będzie wszystkie elementy środowiska, w tym: siedliska zagrożone objęte ochroną prawną, gatunki zagrożone objęte ochroną prawną, walory krajobrazowe przyrodnicze, walory krajobrazowe kulturowe i historyczne oraz obiekty zabytkowe objęte ochroną prawną. Gmina z zachowaniem zasad uczciwej konkurencji wybierze Wykonawcę usługi, który przeprowadzi pełną inwentaryzację i waloryzację przyrodniczą gminy Łobez. Datę rozpoczęcia realizacji projektu planuje się na 1 czerwca 2018 roku. Inwentaryzację powinno przeprowadzić się w cyklu rocznym obejmując wszystkie pory roku, a po jej przeprowadzeniu Wykonawca musi mieć czas na opracowanie odpowiedniej dokumentacji, dlatego zakończenie projektu planuje się na 31 grudnia 2019 roku. Inwentaryzacja i waloryzacja obejmować będzie cały obszar gminy, dlatego niemożliwym jest wskazanie konkretnej lokalizacji realizacji projektu. Projekt ma charakter niestacjonarny. (Polish)
