The subject of the project will be the extension and modernisation of the sewage treatment plant in Pełczyce, which will result in a modern sewage treatment system in the Pelczyce agglomeration – more efficient, reliable and environmentally friendly. The material scope of the project includes construction, installation and sanitary works, electrical works – including power supply and electrical installations, as well as preparatory, demolition and earth works, as well as roads and squares in the treatment plant. The budget of the project also includes investor supervision to the extent arising directly from the Building Law Act. As a result of the project, the following product indicators will be achieved: •Number of additional persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment: 5481 RLM; • Number of reconstructed municipal waste water treatment plants: 1 pcs The specificity of the project does not require the separation of stages of its implementation. Individual tasks will be carried out independently of each other. The project is stationary. The project will be implemented in areas covered by nature conservation forms: Area of Protected Landscape C (Barlinek), on which it will have a positive effect. The scope of the project does not provide for solutions to manage sewage waste – this process will take place in the current way. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu będzie rozbudowa i modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w Pełczycach, w wyniku której powstanie nowoczesny system oczyszczania ścieków na terenie aglomeracji Pełczyce - bardziej wydajny, niezawodny oraz przyjazny środowisku. W zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzą roboty budowlane, instalacyjne i sanitarne, prace związane z elektryką - obejmujące zasilanie i instalacje elektryczne, a także roboty przygotowawcze, rozbiórkowe i ziemne oraz drogi i place na terenie oczyszczalni. W budżecie projektu uwzględniony został również nadzór inwestorski w zakresie wynikającym bezpośrednio z ustawy Prawo Budowlane. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki produktu: •Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków: 5481 RLM; • Liczba przebudowanych oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych: 1 szt. Specyfika projektu nie wymaga wydzielenia etapów jego realizacji. Poszczególne zadania będą realizowane niezależnie od siebie. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. Projekt będzie realizowany na obszarach objętych formami ochrony przyrody: Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu C (Barlinek), na które będzie oddziaływał pozytywnie. Zakres projektu nie przewiduje rozwiązań zagospodarowujących odpady pościekowe – proces ten będzie się odbywał w dotychczasowy sposób. (Polish)
