The object of the project carried out by the Świdwin Municipality is the construction of sanitary sewage system, together with two pumping plants and a sewage treatment plant, which ensures the neutralisation of the waste water in the area of Bystrzyna and Dobrowola. Period of implementation of the project: since 26.06.2017. — 31.12.2019 The implementation of the project envisages carrying out a task: construction of sanitary sewage system in the area of Bystrzyna and Dobrowola. The planned actions shall include: the development of a feasibility study; execution of assembly and construction works within the framework of the construction of sewage network and promotional activities. The applicant also intends to use the services of the Inspector for the supervision of works. The actions carried out comprehensively will contribute to the launch of sanitary infrastructure in the area of previously unscanised localities, which will allow to organise waste water management in the commune by eliminating waste water management based on waste water tanks and ensuring an environmentally safe way of collecting and transporting waste water to waste water treatment plants. The project will have a positive impact on the environment and significantly improve the quality of life of residents of the above-mentioned town. Implementation of the project is necessary, in the area covered by the project there is no systemic solution for waste water management. This results in a serious environmental and sanitary problem. The only owner of the property – a sewage network created within the framework of the project, will be the Municipality of Świdwin. The built infrastructure will be transferred free of charge in the use of GZGK Sp. z o. o., which will be the Network Operator. The project is stationary and is not implemented in areas covered by nature conservation. Przedmiotem przedsięwzięcia realizowanego przez Gminę Świdwin, jest budowa kanalizacji sanitarnej wraz z dwiema przepompowniami oraz oczyszczalnią ścieków, zapewniających neutralizację ścieków bytowych na terenie miejscowości Bystrzyna i Dobrowola. Okres realizacji projektu: od 26.06.2017r. – 31.12.2019r. W ramach realizacji projektu przewiduje się przeprowadzenie zadania: budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej na terenie miejscowości Bystrzyna i Dobrowola. Zaplanowane działania obejmują: opracowanie studium wykonalności; wykonanie robót montażowo-budowlanych w ramach budowy sieci kanalizacyjnej i działania promocyjne. Wnioskodawca zamierza również skorzystać z usług Inspektora nadzoru robót budowlanych. Przeprowadzone kompleksowo ww. działania przyczynią się do uruchomienia infrastruktury sanitarnej na terenie dotychczas nieskanalizowanych miejscowości, co pozwoli na uporządkowanie gospodarki ściekowej na terenie gminy, poprzez wyeliminowanie gospodarki ściekowej prowadzonej w oparciu o zbiorniki bezodpływowe i zapewnienie bezpiecznego dla środowisko gruntowo-wodnego sposobu odbioru i transportu ścieków do oczyszczalni ścieków. Projekt wpłynie pozytywnie na środowisko naturalne oraz znacząco poprawi jakość życia mieszkańców ww. miejscowości. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia jest konieczna, na terenie objętym projektem brak systemowego rozwiązania gospodarki ściekowej. Skutkuje to poważnym problemem ekologicznym i sanitarnym. Jedynym właścicielem majątku - sieci kanalizacyjnej powstałej w ramach projektu, będzie Gmina Świdwin. Wybudowana infrastruktura zostanie przekazana nieodpłatnie w użytkowanie GZGK Sp. z o. o., który będzie pełnił funkcję Operatora sieci. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny, nie jest realizowany na obszarach objętych formami ochrony przyrody. Właściwa gospodarka odpadami, prowadzona zgodnie z ustawą o odpadach- Wnioskodawca zakłada wywóz osadów z oczyszczalni ścieków - nie będą magazynowane. (Polish)
