“West Pomeranian Centre for the Development of Mechatronic Personnel” is a project addressed to 180 adults from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (WZP) interested in improving professional qualifications through participation in non-school forms of lifelong learning. The project is aimed specifically at people living in rural areas, who, due to the more difficult situation on the labour market, will account for a minimum of 50 % of the UP. Support will also be targeted at people with disabilities. It was assumed that the share of people with disabilities would amount to at least 10 % of UP. Courses offered as part of the project fit into Intelligent Specialisations of WZP in the areas of products based on information technology and advanced metal products. The courses are organised in cooperation with local entrepreneurs operating in the field of computer-assisted design. The project envisages the implementation of courses enabling the acquisition and complementing of professional knowledge, skills and qualifications, in accordance with the MEN Regulation of 11 January 2012 on lifelong learning in out-of-school forms. Courses will be conducted in parallel in three thematic blocks: Autodesk Inventor (5 groups, 60 UP), AutoCAD Mechanical (together 5 groups, 60 UP), Autodesk 3ds Max(total 5 groups, 60 UP). After completion of the UP courses, they will be subject to objective validation process, resulting in at least 153 UP obtaining Autodesk certificates at the professional level. The main objective of the project is to acquire by 153 UP (61 K, 92 M) out of 180 adults (72 K, 108 M) from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, qualifications in computer support for design in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical or Autodesk 3ds Max, confirmed by international Autodesk certificates until 31.12.2018. "Zachodniopomorskie centrum rozwoju kadr mechatronicznych" to projekt skierowany do 180 osób dorosłych z obszaru woj. zachodniopomorskiego (WZP) zainteresowanych podniesieniem kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez udział w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia ustawicznego. 10% UP. W ramach projektu przewiduje się realizację kursów umożliwiających uzyskiwanie i uzupełnianie wiedzy, umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych, zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem MEN z dnia 11 stycznia 2012 r. w sprawie kształcenia ustawicznego w formach pozaszkolnych. Kursy będą prowadzone równolegle w trzech blokach tematycznych: Autodesk Inventor (razem 5 grup, 60 UP), AutoCAD Mechanical (razem 5 grup, 60 UP), Autodesk 3ds Max(razem 5 grup, 60 UP). Po zakończeniu udziału w kursach UP objęci zostaną procesem obiektywnej walidacji, w wyniku której min. 153 UP uzyska certyfikaty Autodesk na poziomie profesjonalnym.
