Grupa docelowa proj: 120 ( 66K,54M) osób dorosłych zamieszkująca WZ z czego 30% UP: zamieszkuje obszary miast średnich oraz obszar miast średnich tracących funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze (zg. z KC)Os. dorosłe które z własnej inicjatywy chcą przystąpić do szkoleń. Cel gł.: Zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie wśród 120 dorosłych mieszkańców woj. zachodniopomorskiego (WZ), w tym absolwentów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego poprzez poprawę efektywności realizowanego wsparcia i dostosowanie tego wsparcia do wymogów regionalnego rynku pracy, w okresie realizacji projektu. Wsparcie w projekcie: wsparcie doradczo edukacyjne, bezpłatne kursy/szkolenia- udział w 3 etapach szkoleniowych , które przygotują UP do pracy w określonym zawodzie, dającym gwarancje zatrudnienia w branży informatycznej oraz technicznej w branży budowlanej.
