Tychowo.Designed sanitary sewage drainage system of domestic and economic sewage, will be incorporated in accordance with the issued technical conditions of connection to the existing sanitary sewerage system. The designed pumping stations are sealed objects. The intended pumps do not require the use of additional grinding equipment for solid parts in sanitary sewage. Therefore, it is not necessary to designate a protection zone for the above mentioned objects. As part of the implementation of the investment, 2029.96 m² of sanitary sewage system will be built to which 158 inhabitants of Warnino can connect. The connection of residents to the sewage network will take place up to one year from the date of completion of the project, i.e. until 31.08.2018. 1 points. 2 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Dz. U. 2012. item. 391 with later amendments), property owners ensure cleanliness and order by connecting the property to the existing sewerage network. The project will be implemented in the following stages: the selection of the contractor of the investment; construction of a gravity sanitary sewer system; construction of pressure sanitary sewage system; construction of a sewage pumping plant with connections; supervision and management of investment. Projekt uwzględnia jedno działanie inwestycyjne,tj. budowę sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej grawitacyjnej oraz rurociągów tłocznych sieci kanalizacji ciśnieniowej wraz z przepompowniami ścieków zlokalizowanej w miejscowości Warnino, gm. Tychowo.Projektowana kanalizacja sanitarna ścieków bytowo–gospodarczych,włączona zostanie zgodnie z wydanymi warunkami technicznymi przyłączenia do istniejącej kanalizacji sanitarnej ciśnieniowej.Ścieki oczyszczone będą w istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków w Tychowie.Sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej grawitacyjnej i ciśnieniowej zalicza się do obiektów liniowych podziemnego uzbrojenia bezpośredniej obsługi terenów.Przewidziane w projekcie dwie przepompownie ścieków wymagają przyłączenia do źródła energii.Na terenie działki każdej przepompowni przewiduje się lokalizację linii kablowych nN 0,4kV,szaf zasilająco-sterowniczych oraz słupów oświetleniowych. Projektowane przepompownie są obiektami szczelnymi. Przewidziane pompy nie wymagają stosowania dodatkowych urządzeń rozdrabniających części stałe znajdujące się w ściekach sanitarnych. W związku z tym nie jest potrzebne wyznaczanie dla w/w obiektów strefy ochronnej. W ramach realizacji inwestycji powstanie 2 029,96 mb sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej do której będzie mogło się podłączyć 158 mieszkańców miejscowości Warnino. Podłączenie mieszkańców do sieci kanalizacyjnej nastąpi do roku od daty zakończenia projektu, tj. do 31.08.2018.Zgodnie z art. 5 ust. 1 pkt. 2 ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. 2012. poz. 391 z pózn. zm.),właściciele nieruchomości zapewniają utrzymanie czystości i porządku przez przyłączenie nieruchomości do istniejącej sieci kanalizacyjnej. Projekt będzie realizowany w następujących etapach: wyłonienie wykonawcy inwestycji; budowa kanalizacji sanitarnej grawitacyjnej; budowa kanalizacji sanitarnej ciśnieniowej; budowa przepompowni ścieków wraz z przyłączeniami; nadzór i zarządzanie inwestycją.
