The project “computer competencies” is addressed to adults over 25, at the age of working life, with low qualifications from the Pil subregion (sub.pil) (as follows: Złotowski, Pilski, Czarnkowsko-trzcianecki, walks, Wągrowiecki), voivodships, which on their own initiative will report the need to improve ICT competence. Raising these key qualifications will increase their chances on the labour market. The implementation of the project is a response to the diagnosed problem of sub.pil was diagnosed by the lack of opportunities to obtain employment/professional progress resulting from the lack of competences of ICT, which is due to the failure to acquire these skills during the educational path to an extent that helps the labour market. Consequently, the gap in competence disqualifies them on the labour market. The implementation of the project will allow you to acquire the skills of using IT tools, to confirm this independent certification in accordance with the Standard requirements for IT competences, to fill the competence gap, within the framework of lifelong learning, outside educational structures, and thus will make it easier for those in need of finding employment/professional advancement.140 people recruited to the project with sub.pil will acquire the ability to use IT techniques during 80 hours of study. Acquisition of ICT competence during the training will be verified by external examination and confirmed by ECDL PROFILE BASE certificate. The exam confirms the acquisition of specific digital competences, in accordance with the stages referred to in the MIiR Guidelines, requirements standards for IT competences and DIGCOMP frameworks. The trainings will take place within the period of V2016–VII2017 on sub.pil.     Projekt "KOMPuterowe KOMPetencje.” skierowany jest do os dorosłych pow 25rż, w wieku aktywności zawodowej, o niskich kwalifikacjach z subregionu pilskiego (sub.pil) (powiaty: złotowski, pilski, czarnkowsko-trzcianecki, chodzieski, wągrowiecki), woj.wlkp, które z własnej inicjatywy zgłoszą potrzebę podniesienia kompetencji TIK. Podniesienie ww kluczowych kwalifikacji zwiększy ich szansę na rynku pracy. Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowany problem os z sub.pil polegający na braku możliwości uzyskania zatrudnienie/awansu zawodowego, wynikającego z braku kompetencji TIK, która jest spowodowana nienabyciem tych umiejętności w trakcie ścieżki edukacyjnej w stopniu pomagającym na rynku pracy. W konsekwencji luka kompetencyjna dyskwalifikuje ich na rynku pracy. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na zdobycie umiejętności posługiwania się narzędziami informatycznymi, potwierdzenie tego niezależną certyfikacją zgodną ze Standardem wymagań dla kompetencji informatycznych, uzupełnienie luki kompetencyjnej, w ramach uczenia się przez całe życie, poza strukturami oświat, a przez to ułatwi os potrzebującym znalezienie zatrudnienia/awansu zawodowego.140 os zrekrutowanych do projektu z sub.pil nabędzie w trakcie 80h nauki umiejętność posługiwania się technikami informatycznymi. Nabycie kompetencji TIK w trakcie szkolenia zweryfikowana zostanie egzaminem zewnętrznym i potwierdzone certyfikatem ECDL PROFILE BASE. Egzamin potwierdza zdobycie określonych kompetencji cyfrowych, zgodnie z etapami, o których mowa w Wytycznych MIiR, standardami wymagań dla kompetencji informatycznych oraz ramami DIGCOMP.Realizacja proj- III2016-VIII2017.
